Roast Pork with Garlic Juice and Mashed Potatoes


Roast pork with garlic juice and mashed potatoes is prepared when people cut the pig, before Christmas.
The slices of meat are bit with the wooden beater, seasoned with pepper and salt and fried in oil. Then it is cut in pieces and the garlic juice is poured over it. The meat is boiled a little and served with mashed potatoes and pickle or salad.
